Free Running Assessment

This is an entirely free no strings attached session for London based runners of any level. 

Pretty much everyone can run but almost everyone can improve the way we run or the type of running we do. Since a lot of people have been running recently and because there are very few races to prepare athletes for I’m offering this as a service for free. 

I’ll assess your:

Form: From head to toe. Running uses the whole body and more often than not the things people worry about are either not a problem after all or we’re worrying about the wrong things.

Agility: Do you like to turn corners? 

Balance: The body uses quite a lot of energy just balancing whilst running so you can be more efficient by having better balance.

Coordination: Are you using your limbs in the most effective way?

Flexibility: Range of movement is important and inflexibility can cause injury.

Speed: Even for endurance athletes speed is important and knowing how fast you are in a pure sense can help inform what training you should be doing.

During all this we can chat about your existing training and I can give you some pointers on improvements and optimisations.

I don’t charge for this session - if you want to buy me some cake afterwards that is entirely up to you. I’ve never been any good at marketing and whilst this will be a taster session for some people who might go on to some other form of coaching afterwards I will at no point try to sell this to you. Feel free to use it as a free way to improve your running.


Obviously this is subject to availability and this session is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
